Access
The Lagrange Forest is accessed via the public Town Road and also via a deeded right of way. The well-developed interior gravel road system provides access to all corners of the property. The main access to the property is gated at the eastern property line.
Recreational Lease
The property is subject to a recreational lease located along Birch Stream. This lease generates $800 per year in additional income.
