The Hudson Forest is composed of 1,277 +/- acres of unimproved timberland located north of Route 43 in Hudson, Maine. The Hudson Forest represents a significant timberland investment opportunity with over 24,000 cords of merchantable timber.
Timber Inventory
The timber inventory reveals nearly 1,000 cords of spruce and fir and over 1,600 mbf of hardwood logs, as well as over 10,000 cords of hardwood pulp. Please see the enclosed timber inventory information for a full accounting of the standing timber.
Access
The property benefits from a deeded right of way north from Route 43 across the Diamond Road in Hudson. There is a well established interior gravel road system that is gated near the property line. The interior road system accesses all of the property excluding a small piece of the NW corner that is cut off by the railroad. Please see the attached map.
